2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. strawberry (or other) jam

Stir buttermilk into jam. Turn into refrigerator tray. Freeze firm. Cut up frozen mixture and beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Return to tray and freeze. Can also be made in ice cream freezer.
