HOT DOG AND BURGER RELISH 
1 (8 qt.) basket tomatoes
6 med. onions
7 green and red peppers
1 hot pepper
1 c. salt
1 qt. vinegar
4 lbs. sugar
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 box mustard seeds
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. ginger

Grind vegetables fine. Add salt and cover with water to stand overnight. Use large container. Add vegetables, vinegar, sugar, cayenne and seeds. Tie cinnamon, allspice and ginger in cloth bag and add. Bring to boil and cook 20 minutes. Fill sterilized jars and seal. Remove cloth bag first.
