JASON'S BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE EVER | |
1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/3 c. butter 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 c. flour 2/3 c. cocoa 1 3/4 c. oatmeal 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet baking chocolate, chopped into bits Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour with rest of dry ingredients, except oatmeal. Put oatmeal in food processor or blender and process until it becomes like flour. Add to cookie dough with chocolate bits. Mix well and put teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 7-10 minutes or until almost done (centers should be a bit doughy yet). Cool cookies on pan for 5 minutes before removing so centers can finish baking, but cookies will stay lightly browned and thus will be chewy and not hard. |
