MOM'S MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork or sausage 1 sm. onion, diced (or sprinkle dried onions) 1 sm. can mushroom pieces (or celery or green pepper) 2 eggs 5 slices bread 1 c. milk Salt & pepper to taste 1 can tomato soup or ketchup to cover Blend meats together; add remaining ingredients. Hands work best. Top with soup or ketchup and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
