PIE CRUST 
1 c. Hudson Cream self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
2 1/3 tbsp. cold milk

Cut shortening into flour. Add milk slowly, tossing mixture lightly with fork at each addition. Press into ball. Roll out to about 1/8 inch thickness; place in pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, making sure to prick crust full of holes with a fork.
