1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lb. hot sausage

Mix stuffing mix according to directions. Brown hot sausage; do not drain. Add sausage and grease to everything. Add Tabasco sauce to taste, if desired. Stuff ol' Tom.
