PLUM PRESERVES 
4 lb. blue plums
1 pkg. frozen red raspberries
4 lb. sugar
1 pkg. Sure Jell
7 pt. size Mason jars

Grind 4 pounds of blue plums with 1 package of frozen red raspberries. Mix well with 4 pounds of sugar. Cook 15 minutes. Skim and add 1 package Sure Jell. Cook 5 minutes longer. Seal in Mason jars (pint size). Yields 7 pints.
