PLUM CHUTNEY | |
This has a sweet-sour taste. It can be made only when the plums are in season. Any plum may be substituted that is not too sour or too sweet. 4 red plums, pitted & chopped 4 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped 2 green chilies, seeded & finely chopped or 2 red chilies, crumbled 1 tsp. sugar Salt to taste 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds 1/4 c. water Blend all ingredients together in a blender. |
