SPIEDIES 
2 to 3 lb. beef chuck

MARINADE:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. each basil, oregano, and garlic powder
Dash of red peppers
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. red wine (optional)

Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Marinate in refrigerator in large plastic or glass container for at least 3 days. Stir each day. Thread meat on skewers. Cook over hot coals, turning often until done (5 to 10 minutes).
