PIZZA BURGERS 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
3 English muffins, cut into halves and toasted

Reserve 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Mix remaining tomato sauce, ground beef, bread crumbs, oregano, and salt. Divide mixture in 6 parts; pat each into 4 inch circles, about 1/2 inch thick. Pinch edge of each circle to make stand-up rim. Arrange in microwave baking dish. Spread reserved sauce over patties. Cover loosely and microwave on high 5 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until edges are brown and firm, 4-7 minutes longer.

Sprinkle each patty with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on high until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Serve on toasted muffin halves. Garnish with parsley or oregano.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
