POTS-DE-CREAM 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. milk

Place first 5 ingredients in blender. Heat milk to boiling and pour into blender. Blend 1 minute. Pour into cups or glasses. Chill at least 3 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
