BLUE CHEESE EGG BAKE 
12 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped celery

WHITE SAUCE:

6 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. salt into
6 tbsp. melted butter, add
3 c. milk, heated

Cook and stir.

2 oz. blue cheese

Stir into white sauce. Place eggs, quartered lengthwise in baking dish (about 9 x 9 inch). Sprinkle with celery. Top with sauce. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This can be topped with cracker crumbs and butter and pimiento or chopped sweet red pepper can be added with celery as options. Or heat up in microwave and brown in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
