PEPPER STEAKS 
2 lbs. sirloin beef tips
3 lg. onions
2 bell peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Put into a large skillet with a little oil. Heat meat until it changes color. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste and a little red pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice or noodles.
