BEET JELLY 
3 c. diced beets
7 c. water
7 c. sugar
1/2 c. Real Lemon (bottled kind)
2 boxes Sure Jell
2 (6 oz.) boxes raspberry Jello

Wash, peel and dice beets. In a big pan put 7 cups water and beets, boil until tender. Drain and "save liquid".

Beat beets in blender until very well done. Add to "liquid", beets, 1/2 cup Real Lemon, 2 boxes + Sure Jell. Bring to a boil. Add 7 cups sugar and 2 boxes raspberry Jello. Boil 20 to 25 minutes. Skim top well. While boiling jar and seal.
