GREEN JELLY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello (or 2 sm.)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice

Put on stove and bring to a boil. Do not boil. Remove from heat and let stand but no harden. Add: 3 oz. cream cheese

Let melt in warm Jello and pineapple, stirring to break up lumps. Add 1/2 cup or more of nuts, celery, or carrots as desired. Put in mold and cool in refrigerate (at least 4 hours prior to serving).
