FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooked chicken breast
Sprinkle with capful of vinegar & lightly salt it
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (add last)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Mix above ingredients gently.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Fold dressing into chicken mixture and chill well. Add 1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles right before serving.
