2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns or potatoes O'Brien (thawed) 1 pt. sour cream 3-4 green onions, chopped 3 c. shredded Velveeta cheese 1 stick butter 2 cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup (pick any two) Mix in 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (about 1/2 the package). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
