CORRISSA'S CHICKEN TACOS | |
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 1 large onion, sliced 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts) 1 tsp. olive oil Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. Slice the onion and jalapenos. Fry the chicken half way and add the vegetables. Cook through on medium heat. Add tomato sauce when chicken is brown and the veggies are tender. Enjoy with tortillas, dairy sour cream, cilantro and some of your homemade salsa. :D Submitted by: Corrissa Hernandez |
