HELGA'S HADDOCK DELIGHT 
2 lbs. haddock
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. diced pimiento

NOTE: Recipe may be halved or quartered very easily with approximate measurements.

Mix ingredients for sauce together. Pour over haddock, placed in a greased shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, less time for smaller amount of fish. Test until "flaky". Sprinkle dill weed over top; garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
