BARBARA ROCHA'S HADDOCK -
ITALIAN STYLE
 
1 1/2 lb. haddock, salted
2 c. or 1 jar Italian sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. or more grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Cut fish into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt; place in greased pan. Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until fish flakes and cheese browns lightly, about 20 minutes (the better the sauce, the tastier).
