CRUNCHY SALAD 
3 c. broccoli florets
3/4 c. angle cut celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Combine broccoli, celery, onion and cheese in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Toss mayonnaise mixture with broccoli mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend the flavor. Serve plain or over lettuce or sliced tomatoes.
