PUMPKIN CRUMB CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix, without pudding
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Evenly, spread dry cake mix on top, pressing down lightly. Spread nuts on the top of cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
