EASY PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked (9") pastry shell

In medium bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
