WHOLE WHEAT APPLESAUCE CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar or 3 tsp. Sweet n' Low
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins

Cream oil and sugar together; mix in applesauce and soda. If using Sweet n' Low, mix oil, Sweet n' Low, applesauce and soda together. Mix flour, cinnamon, pecans and raisins in another bowl, then add to the applesauce mixture. Spray pan with Pam. Bake in an 8" baking pan or a small bundt pan for 25 to 30 minutes; bake cupcakes for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 (8") cake or 12 cupcakes.
