TOPPERS FOR PANCAKES & WAFFLES 
BLUEBERRY SAUCE:

1 lb. can blueberries (including juice)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine berries (including juice) and cornstarch in saucepan and stir over heat until sauce thickens; add lemon juice. Ready to serve.

MAPLE SYRUP:

2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. maple flavor

Bring sugar, water and cream of tartar to a boil stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Boil for 3 minutes; remove from heat and add maple flavoring. Ready to serve.
