ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lg. ground chuck or sirloin
1 egg
1 full tbsp. grated Italian cheese
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt
Dash of onion powder
1/2 c. Progresso flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk or water

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Mix crumbs, milk (water). Mix together until milk absorbs crumbs and add to above. Roll small meatballs in a dish container bread crumbs.

Saute 2 cloves garlic in (2) tablespoons of olive oil, remove browned garlic and add meatballs. Cook until brown. Serves 4-6 with 1 pound pasta.
