NINE BEAN SOUP 
2 c. bean soup mix
3-4 ham hocks
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion
1 can tomatoes, crushed
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 beef bouillon cube
2 qts. water

Wash beans, soak overnight in a Dutch oven. Add beans, soup mix, ham hocks, garlic, onion, water, salt. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender. Add both cans of tomatoes, bouillon. Simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 6 hardy servings.
