NOODLE STRUDEL 
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese

Scald milk and butter; set aside to cool. Boil noodles according to package; drain and place in 13"x9" pan or glass dish. Combine sugar and eggs; set aside. Combine cheeses and sour cream. Add cooled milk mixture to cheeses. Stir in sugar/egg mixture and pour over noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. You can cover with crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies.
