KEEGAN'S CRUNCHY CEREAL PEANEEY
BUTTER COOKIES
 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter-flavored Crisco
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. NOT packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla powder
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. salted shelled sunflower seeds

Cream butter, Crisco and peanut butter. Add sugar, vanilla and cream again. Add egg and cream until fluffy. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder; beat well. Add cereal, coconut, nuts and sunflower seeds. Mix well.

Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
