CHEESE CAKE TORTE 
Graham Cracker Crust (below)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract, divided

Prepare crust. Put cream cheese, eggs and 2/3 cup of the sugar into mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract.

Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25--30 minutes or until set. Cool. Combine sour cream with remaining 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Spread on top of cheesecake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes longer.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 20 cracker squares)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

In bowl combine ingredients. Spread crumb mixture in 10 inch round cake pan with sides of 10 inch springform pan.
