ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. ctn. small curd cottage cheese
16 oz. ctn. Cool Whip

Combine Jello, sugar, pineapple, and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Add cottage cheese. Refrigerate and let set. Stir in Cool Whip and return to refrigerator and let set until firm. Cut into squares. Great with sandwiches and chips.
