ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1 large tub Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large box orange jello (dry)
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Mix cottage cheese, Cool Whip and jello well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cool at least 2 hours.
