CHILI-CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (2 lb.) brick Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes (2 if extra spicey is desired)
1 (15 oz.) can Wolfe Brand chili

Brown beef and onion stirring to crumble meat; drain. Combine all other ingredients in a crockpot on high heat setting. After beef and onion is cooked, add to mixture in crockpot. Let cook until all cheese is melted, about 30 minutes, then change to a low heat setting. Serve with tortilla chips.
