MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 lg. jar picante sauce (med.)
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 block of cheese
1 sm. bag of Doritos

Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Chop onions and add to meat. Combine picante sauce, green chilies, cream of chicken and mushroom soups. Simmer for 15 minutes uncovered. Place chips in bottom of pan. Pour contents of casserole onto chips. Grade cheese and sprinkle over the top. Place casserole in oven until cheese is melted. Serve while hot.
