CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. French style green beans, drained
1 med. jar sliced pimento, drained
1 box long grain & wild rice, cooked
3 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Place in large casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 300 degree oven.
