CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, in lg. pieces (3 lb. chicken)
2 c. hot cooked macaroni, rice or spaghetti
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/3 c. sliced pimentos
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Ripe olives (opt.)

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Toss lightly. Turn into a greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with ripe olives, if desired. 10 servings. I add cheese to the casserole in addition to the cheese on top.
