CHICKEN IN A WOK 
3 chicken breasts, deboned

Desired amounts of: Onions (1 med.), cut in long matchstick pieces Mushrooms, fresh (1 - 8 oz. pkg.) Peanuts Soy sauce Lemon pepper UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice fast cooking

Cut chicken breast in small matchstick size pieces. (If partially frozen, it cuts real easy.) Add 1 tablespoon of oil to wok; then add chicken. Cook for a few minutes, then add remaining ingredients except rice. Cook rice according to package directions. Cook meat and vegetables until partially tender. Vegetables should be crisp.

NOTE: I sometimes use left over cooked steak in place of chicken.
