GERMAN POTATO PANCAKES 
4 or 5 potatoes
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
Little cinnamon
Little salt

Grate potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add milk, egg and flour. Stir together well. Add cinnamon and salt; stir well. Fry in pan with small amount of oil. Pancakes are done when golden brown on both sides. Make dollar size pancakes.
