FRYING PAN COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 beaten egg 1 c. chopped dates 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla flavor 2 c. Rice Krispies Melt 1/2 cup butter in frying pan. Add cup of sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1 cup chopped dates. Cook together 5 minutes stir constantly until thick. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor and 2 cups of Rice Krispies. Let cool. Butter your hands real good and roll the mix into little balls. Balls can be small or medium. You can roll these small balls with coconut, chopped nuts or Rice Krispies. |
