TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 c. turkey pieces (not ground)
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. pkg. herbed Pepperidge farm stuffing
2 c. turkey broth

Place turkey in flat, shallow 3 quart baking pan. Combine soups and 1 cup of broth. Add slightly cooked mushrooms and pour over the turkey pieces.

Melt butter and add to remaining broth and pour into stuffing mix. Spoon over turkey. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
