TUNA STEW 
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 c. tuna
1 tsp. celery seed
4 env. George Washington's golden seasoning & broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch or 6 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dill
Salt & pepper to taste

Put all vegetables except parsley and celery seed into water and simmer until tender. Add water to make about 3 cups of liquid in all and dissolve George Washington's broth in it. Dissolve cornstarch or flour in 1/2 cup cold water until smooth and add to the vegetables. Stir until thickened. Add tuna, parsley, dill and serve with rice or Lenten dumplings. May be made with peas, turnips, or leftover vegetables.
