OVEN POTATO WEDGES 
4 baking potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
Salt
Paprika

Peel potatoes and cut into quarters or large chunks. Combine butter and garlic mixing well. Dip potatoes into melted butter and then into crumbs coating on all sides.

Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Pouring leftover butter over potatoes from time to time. Sprinkle with paprika.

Tip: Equal amounts of Parmesan cheese and dry bread crumbs may be substituted for cornflake crumbs.
