BREAD DUMPLINGS 
3/4 loaf day-old bread, cubed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

In large bowl, mix oil and bread. Add eggs, milk and salt; mix well. Add enough flour to make into balls. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Drop into boiling water 10 minutes until they float.
