BRANDY OR WHISKEY BALLS 
2 1/2 c. finely chopped vanilla wafers
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. brandy or whiskey
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. cocoa

Combine wafer crumbs, sugar, cocoa and nuts in large bowl. Stir in brandy or whisky and corn syrup. Roll into small balls. Add more brandy or whiskey, if desired. Roll in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
