BOSCOTTI COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter, soft
6 eggs, 1 at a time
3 tsp. almond flavoring
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. chopped fine walnuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs gradually. Mix in flavorings, flour, salt, nuts and baking powder. Mix well. Make loaf like rolls about 1 inch thick. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into strips, toast in oven until brown.
