CHINESE RICE 
This is a good leftover meat recipe.

Any leftover meat (chicken, pork, beef), make according to family size
2 lg. onions, sliced
Soy sauce
Garlic, celery & onion powder
Minute Rice
2 eggs

Cut meat in small 1/2" square pieces. Fry onions in very little oil until limp; stir in soy sauce. Mix cut meat; stir together, continue mixing. Add a little garlic powder, celery and onion powder.

Prepare Minute Rice according to directions. Add to above ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Taste and add any above soy sauce, garlic, onion, etc.

Now make a center hole; put a little butter to grease pan. Beat 2 eggs slightly; add a little bit of garlic powder. Cook like scrambled eggs, very loose. Mix together with all above.

This is very tasty.
