CHILI SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) chili beans
1/2 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

1. Crumble ground beef and cook in a frying pan. Add chopped onion and cook until beef is no longer red. Drain off any grease.

2. Stir in the remainder of the ingredients. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
