CHICKEN STUFFING CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 c. water
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed or 1 lg. R & R boned chicken
2 cans Franco-American chicken gravy

Heat water, add butter and melt. Add stuffing mix and toss with fork until moist. Save out some gravy and mix remainder with chicken.

Cover bottom of large casserole with half of stuffing mixture. Add chicken and gravy mixture. Cover with remaining stuffing and dribble rest of gravy on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
