1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. melted chocolate chips

Cream first five ingredients together. Then add flour and salt. Mix well, then roll 1/4 inch thick oblong onto wax paper. Spread with melted chocolate chips. Roll like jelly roll and chill. Slice 1/4 inch slices with sharp knife and bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. These freeze well.
