BAR-B-QUED BEEF 
3 lbs. beef, cut in chunks
2 c. onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire

Put ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for 8 hours. Stir often after 6 hours to shred meat. Serve on buns. Serves 4. Double amounts and extra can be frozen.
